For this Dollhaus I decided not to have my own fashion show cuz I was still recovering from the last. I left it up to awesome designers Lux Dilemma and Robert Arredondo to show off their stuff on the runway! It was interesting to see the event take a waaaaay different creative turn from when I did my show in August! Like seeing Robert’s super dramatic gothic gowns on the same runway that showcased my colorfully slutty ballerina creations just months before. There were also a few minor disasters, like when Lux and I realized just hours before the show that our hairdresser connection fell thru!! AHHHH! We ended up asking Eric/Coco, who was one of the models in Lux’s show, to double as hairdresser. Poor Coco was stressed and couldn’t work fast enough, so Betty, Sinh, Jessica, and Hilary started helping too. We also didn’t have an announcer, so we basically threw our makeup artist Betty up there and had her make shit up. Haha! I heart teamwork!
