Sorry for the lack of communication on my part. I’ve been running around like crazy and have barely been home at all. I have to head down to L.A. on business TWICE this month! Oh yeah, and um, launch that Sugarpill makeup line. I promise I am not ignoring all the sweet and funny comments you’ve been leaving. You guys are the bestest for being so understanding!

San Francisco LovEvolution 2009 (formerly SF LoveFest/Love Parade)

On Saturday we went to the SF LovEvolution. It was my first time, and whoa!! I felt like I was in a ’90s time warp with all the cute glittery candyravers dancing in their colorful tutus and blowing bubbles. So much nostalgic fun!

Boulevard of Broken Cameras & I’m Selling my 6%Dokidoki Stash :*(

My sad little camera has finally breathed its last breath! Kevin laughs at me because none of my cameras endure more than a year of the abuse I put them through. I never leave the house without a camera in my purse, and I take pictures almost every day, so you can imagine how banged up they get! For the past few months I’ve been walking around taking pictures with a broken LED screen, which is pretty embarrassing on its own. But then my camera officially died at the SF Love Fest on Saturday when the lens fell off while we were taking pictures. Classy!

I’ve been sinking all my money into starting the Sugarpill makeup line, so I can’t really afford a new camera right now. It pains me to do this, but I’m going to sell a bunch of the 6%dokidoki stuff I bought last month that I ended up not using/wearing. I don’t want to use eBay because they take about 12% (ouch!) so if you’re interested in any of the following items below, Paypal the appropriate amount to me at amy @ shrinkle. net. I’m not trying to make a profit, I’m selling everything at the price I paid plus a few bucks for shipping! Everything is brand new and has never been worn. Baby Raccoon Party on My Roof!

The cutest thing ever happened last nite! We were coming home late, and Kevin heard odd thumping sounds as we approached the house. We looked up to find not one, not two, but FIVE baby raccoons play-wrestling on the roof! It was soooo painfully adorable, but I was worried that Big Scary Raccoon Mama was hiding in the darkness, ready to lunge out at me. So we ran into the house at lightning speed (after taking a few pictures of course!) and triple-checked all the locks.
