Bunnies & Bows Art Exhibition and Fashion Event by Chubby Bunny – Sugarpill Giveaways!

Come celebrate Michelle’s birthday this Saturday, May 7! Michelle will be hosting the “Bunnies & Bows” art/fashion event at JapanLA. I am suuuuuper excited because Kevin is actually going to paint something “cute” for the art exhibit, which is so not his style haha. Also excited because Sugarpill is one of the prize sponsors!

  • Handcrafted window installation: Designed and installed by Chubby Bunny, JapanLA’s storefront windows will feature creative original work.
  • Art gallery: Bunny-themed pieces by Kevin Marburg (Hey, I know that guy!), Bei Badgirl, Eimi, Luke Chueh, Miss Kika, Yume Ninja, and more!
  • Live models!
  • Costume contest: We encourage guests to dress up in BUNNIES AND BOW-themed costumes! Prizes awarded to the most creative attendees who use the theme and their own originality in their outfits. Prizes include gifts from Chubby Bunny, Sugarpill Cosmetics, and more…!
  • Cake Balls: Lil’ Rae Cakes will also be present selling her infamous cake balls, with specially commissioned ones just for this event!
  • Live DJ: Spinning for the night will be provided by the ever-awesome DJ R-Rated.
  • Party Snaps: Event photography by Eron Rauch
  • Kirin Beer: And my favorite part of every event, free Kirin!!
  • Jogasaki Food Truck: Delicious sushi-style burritos! Really excited about this too.

    Sweet Streets 2 Featuring 6%DOKIDOKI Harajuku Fashion Show

    While still recovering from Danielle’s Vegas Barbie wedding, we had just two days to fly home, catch up on work, then immediately drive back down to L.A. for Sweet Streets and the 6%DOKIDOKI fashion show at Gallery Nucleus. We were sooo exhausted but definitely not complaining — I love nonstop action! In addition, we were incredibly honored that 6% asked Sugarpill to be their official makeup brand, as they are our favorite Japanese fashion brand. Dream come true!!

    Sweet Yuka presenting me with a 6% giftbag. Yeah I look like shit, don’t make fun! I’d just slept in a car for 5 hours and went straight to the venue.
