I’m so proud of Jazzie because I know that interviewing me is a nightmare and a half! I am soooo long overdue for an updated photo, but I hate posing for “professional” pics because I’m awkward. Poor Jasmine hassled me to send photos for weeks. I didn’t have any, so I finally just sent over this one of myself taken 23948732 years ago, along with a bunch of Sugarpill model extraordinaire Amelia Dinmore. Whatever, people can’t seem to tell us apart anyway hahaha. I once went to a party where I got asked four separate times if I was Amelia. We also receive each others’ fan mail. I secretly love it because Amelia is a babe and I’m a creep.

As much as we love IMATS, we were pleased that the Beauty Social was nothing like it.

Yume, me and Mynxii repping Sugarpill!

Located in the Loews Santa Monica Beach hotel with an oceanfront view, it felt more like a cocktail party for makeup lovers. The crowd was much smaller, so we actually got to hang out with and get to know people we normally speed walk past at IMATS. There were only about 10-20 brands present, and we each had our own pre-built hot pink booth. So no construction, assembly, or van rental required, yay! Instead of doing sales, each booth at the Beauty Social offered free demos and makeovers, while guest speakers and Youtube beauty gurus did their thing onstage. Overall, it was a really fun opportunity to interact with you guys!

Cute Sabi was one of the guest speakers. I LOVE Britney Spears, don’t hate!
