First, I’d like to congratulate my friend Gala on scoring the sweet gig as xoJane’s newest Beauty Editor! I’m so proud of you, Gala! What a dream come true. I wasn’t old (or cool) enough to read Sassy, but Jane was my most favoritest magazine ever. I never missed a single issue since their very first with Drew Barrymore on the cover. I was sad when they went out of business, and am so happy that Jane Pratt carried on with her awesomeness via the interwebz. Now with Gala onboard, shit’s gonna get crazy!

how do you get glitter on your lashes? what colored mascara do you use?
I use Inglot Colour Play mascara. It’s awesome and pretty cheap ($10 I think)! To get the glitter to stay on my lashes, I use Lit Cosmetics liquid glitter base. Hope that helps!
