YAY!!! We are finally moved into the new place, except for our bed and our couch, which I think we’re going to have to get a U-Haul for this weekend. I have never been happier!! It is so beautiful, and we have already made a few new friends. I am going to miss our old house, but I know things are going to be great and perfect here. Our old neighborhood was a bit too snooty. Here, it’s cool cuz all our porches are attached so everyone gets to know each other and it’s really close-knit. Every time I leave the house, at least one neighbor is outside waving at me. And we are still in Japantown, but more downtown now, so we live super duper close to all our friends!! I am going to be walking to cyborg_princess’s house a.k.a. “thug mansion” every day to bug her. And I can’t wait to ride bikes with Gretchen, Baisa, Adam, Jai, and everyone else who lives near us now.
Ellie and Matt were the first to come over and see our place last weekend. We walked to the karaoke bar down the street and got a little too drunk… heh… Oh! And we ran into Little Jason, an old friend from high school. He’s doing well. Check out his band The Chinkees!

So last nite me and Jade (nganderwear) went to Bottom of the Hill to see our friend Joel’s band play. It was my first time seeing them, and I was impressed! Check them out at The Plus Ones. I love Luis too!!!! I once did an underwear photoshoot with his boyfriend Seth from Gravy Train, haha. Then he made me watch some terrible movie called “Rat Boy,” about a selfish woman who tries to exploit a boy who was born with a rat’s head, but then learns in the end that he has feelings too. Should try to find those underwear pictures some time though…

I think a lot of it is the features in general. My hair is naturally red, but ever since I dyed it black I’m finding I like bright greens and pinks a lot better than the dusty silvers and light pinks I used before.

Squirrel hair is the SOFTEST bristles in the entire universe. They are pretty pricey but you notice the difference in quality when you use them. They make blending SUPER easy. My friend just got me a squirrel hair blush brush from Stila and I think it was like $50. Ouch! Not sure how much the regular shadow ones are. I think $20?? My friend works there and gets a discount, so I never know how much anything really costs. I just know they are AWESOME and everyone who has ever tried them loves them!!
I like frambosia better than UV pink. It’s easier to apply and is kinda more “sexy” while the UV pink is kinda more “crazy.” If that makes sense. Haha.
